We recommend:

  • Pat drying jewelry if exposed to water or any other chemicals 
  • Avoiding harsh chemicals and perfumes
  • Storing items in a cool, dry place when not in use 

    Shipping & Processing

    Please allow the following estimated processing and shipping times:

    • Customized Orders: 4 - 6  weeks
    •  On Hand Orders: Processing time is 3-5 days 
    • SHIPPING Time varies on location

    Refunds & Exchanges

    All sales are final. LushDollCollection does not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
